Designed to echo the participation of the City of Châteauroux in the next Paris 2024 Olympic Games and its hosting of shooting and para-shooting sports events, this exhibition highlights various styles of artistic productions referring to the notions of shooting, of target and impact.
Witness to the wealth of invention of contemporary creation, the works exhibited will be varied: paintings, sculptures, photographs, installations, drawings and videos. A scenography adapted to the generic concept of the exhibition in the form of stands should be imagined in the large nave of the Cordeliers so as to respond to the ambient context.
Works by Jacques Monory, Jean-Pierre Raynaud, Niki de Saint-Phalle, Philippe Perrin, Chantal Fontvieille, Jérôme François, etc. will be presented for the occasion.
